Short Biography

I was born in Castiglione delle Stiviere (Italy) on April 5th, 1981. I received the Laurea Degree cum laude in Electronic Engineering and the Ph. D degree in Electronic Instrumentation from the University of Brescia in 2005 and 2009, respectively. 

Since 2009 I have carried out my research activity at the Department of Information Engineering at University of Brescia. 

My research interests deal with the investigation of techniques for the contactless interrogation of resonant and capacitive sensors for autonomous electronics devices, the design of MEMS sensors and the related front-end electronic circuits and the investigation of principles and techniques for energy harvesting from vibrations adopting linear and non-linear conversion techniques.
